We direct a special needs car seat loan program to provide seats to children and families in need (when available). 

We are a reference center for hospitals and organizations in Illinois serving children who have special needs in child passenger safety.

We provide education to parents, caregivers, groups, organizations, doctors, nurses, child care providers, and certified passenger safety technicians on special needs child passenger safety.

We assist in the proper selection, installation, and fitting of special needs restraints for children and their parents.
