Pediatric Developmental Rehabilitation at Children’s Hospital of Illinois offers evaluation & treatment of a variety of diagnoses in neurological, developmental, and orthopedic disorders.  Services are available on an inpatient or outpatient basis, are available to various clinics, and require a physician referral.

• Speech/Feeding Therapy

Home programming and/or parent education is included in all the components of Pediatric Developmental Rehabilitation services. Staff is credentialed by the Early Intervention Services of Illinois and the Division of Specialized Care for Children.

• Child's name
• Child's date of birth
• Caregiver's name, address, and telephone number
