Quality Assurance Teams

It is the mission of the Children's Hospital of Illinois physicians and staff to provide the highest quality care for those children we serve. We strive to provide evidence-based care that is safe and family-centered, giving the child the best possible clinical and functional outcome while minimizing pain and discomfort.

In order to assess our quality, we measure and monitor our performance and outcomes. We compare ourselves to the best children's hospitals in the country through groups like the Vermont Oxford Network, the National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions, the Minnesota Congenital Heart Disease Consortium and the Press Ganey Surveys. We network and collaborate with many of the participating providers and other Children's Hospitals to identify and implement the very best clinical practices.

Our goal is perfect care and access for all children in Central Illinois.
